Unidentified individual solicited NJ resident over computer claiming to be investigating Bank Account Security concerns and convinced victim to send all account info and personal data via email. Unknown subject then obtained Temp Bank Card (claimed it to be lost) and then withdrew $35,000 from three branches of Bank of America in Wilmington, Burlington and Tewksbury. Looking for ID on the male pictured.
