At approx. 6:30am, an employee opened her office and observed male subject in restricted area. Witness encountered subject who had knowledge of the facility. Subject fled and it was later discovered that items were taken from office, including several laptops. A sketch was done with the witness who described the subject as being a white male, no accent, approx. 5'9", skinny, brownish hair. Subject also took photos of an employee's 9 year old daughter.
