Victim's (Wilmington Resident) checking and savings account numbers were compromised and a financial loss of almost $19,000 occurred yesterday morning 12-17-09. The suspect entered four (3 successful) Bank of America locations in the Springfield VA area and withdrew $6K each time. The suspect had the all of the victim's information including his correct license number on a MA License. How this information was obtained by the suspect is unknown at this time. Bank of America Security indicated that the black male in this photo has been seen on bank alerts over a dozen times in the last few months committing the same crimes. This incident is very similar to a Wilmington Crime Bulletin (090698) previously posted and still active on MMW. This bulletin can be found under City: Wilmington (white male, checkered shirt and goatee). Any persons who can identify the black male pictured, the suspect from case #090698 or any Police Departments with similar incidents please contact WPD.

Suspect is a black male, shaved head.

With the help of the Fairfax County Police Department in Virginia this suspect (black male) was arrested on 01-28-10 while committing the same offense and is currently being held in VA on 23 charges. The suspect is identified as Eddie Dickey out of Bronx, NY.
