Suspect is described as w/m,tall and thin, between 30-40 years old wearing plastic goggles and a fake mustache. The hat is described as a baseball hat with a polo insignia containing an American flag.Suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Suspect has been identified and captured. He is John Medeiros, 04/14/72 of Fall River. He was identifed and captured thanks to the assistance of the Mansfield and Fall River Police Departments
