Mr. Cooley was arrested for two bank robberies in Malden on May 6, 2003, and May 9, 2003 and is also being charged with this bank robbery.

This bank robber is described as a white male 30 to 35 years old, 5'9" to 5'10" tall, with curly blond hair touching his ears. He had no facial hair. He was wearing a dark beige baseball hat with an unknown logo on it, sunglasses and a 3/4 length tan jacket. He entered the Fleet Bank at 46 Pleasant Street in Malden at about 9:30 AM on Friday, February 28. He approached the teller with a handwritten note on a brown piece of paper. The suspect provided a burlap bag for the money.
