On Wednesday 1/27/2010 the unknown subject in the photograph entered a Mobil Gas station that was occupied by three employees. The subject casually approached the counter and demanded cash. The subject acted as if he had a weapon in his jacket pocket, when the attendant asked him if he was serious. Although no weapon was shown, the subject indicated that he had one. The subject then fled in a silver Honda Accord, with New Hampshire plates and after-market chrome tail lights. It is possible that the Honda was a late 90’s model.

Update on N. Andover armed robbery from 1/27/10 On 1/28/10 we received a call from Det. Ed Budroe of the Derry, NH Police Department. Det. Budroe was able to positively identify our suspect as Mark S. Foster 9/12/91 of Derry, NH. Mr. Foster was picked up by Londonderry PD on unrelated charges from an incident that took place in Derry early the following morning. We were able to speak with Mr. Foster as well as obtain photos of his clothing and the vehicle involved. Subsequently the victim was able to provide us with a positive ID on Mr. Foster and the vehicle. This morning we obtained a warrant for Mr. Foster for Armed Robbery. He is currently being held at Rockingham County Jail. We would like to thank Det. Ed Budroe and the Derry Police Department as well as Sgt. Mark McCutcheon and the Londonderry Police Department for all their help.
