Subject entered Shaw's Supermarket and proceeded directly to customer service desk where he spoke with clerk. Subject asked for a $2- scratch tik which he paid for with a $100 bill. Subject acted confused as to how he paid and went back and forth with clerk before the clerk handed the man money back.. The man confused the clerk enough so that the clerk ended up giving him an additional $100. The subject left with the scratch tik and the $200 out the entrance he had come in. Clerk immediately realized he had been scammed and contacted mngmt. Subject left in unknown direction. Subject is believed to be same subject in other supermarket flim flam's. Subject is a back male. He is described as tall (6'0") thin build - no facial hair wearing winter jacket, collared shirt and glasses - no facial hair. Subject wore pants with white shoes/sneakers.

James Collins was taken into custody 02/24/10 @ 1520hrs following a tip to Mansfield Police.
