The victim reported his Bank of America card was fraudulently used to purchase an MBTA pass. The pictured suspect was utilizing the pass fraudulently purchased.

The victim is not aware of how his credit card information was compromised as he had not lost his credit card. The victim resides in Wakefield. The credit card was used in East Boston and the suspect utilized the pass purchased in Maverick Square, Downtown Boston, Sullivan Square MBTA Stations and various bus routes in the aforementioned areas.
