On 3/24/2010 at approximately 2:00PM an unknown subject entered the Sovereign Bank on Washington St. in Norwell. The suspect approached a teller and demanded money. He indicated that he had an explosive device. The suspect then fled on foot. Suspect is described as a white male, early 20’s, approx. 6 ft tall. The suspect appears to be the same individual in Mass Most Wanted Case Number 100225.

Daniel Shannon of Rockland was arrested on 3/25/10. He is linked to the Nowell robbery, the Rockland CVS armed robbery from 3/21/10, and possibly the Abington Marylou's robbery. Tips from MMW and interagency cooperation was crucial to his quick apprehension.
