On 5/18/2010 an 18 year old youth was being robbed of his laptop computer and was shot twice during the robbery. Two of three suspects were captured a short time after the incident. The third was identified as Brandon Payne. Payne lives in Lynn but his whereabouts are unknown at this time. Although firearms were recovered Payne should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Brandon Payne please contact the Lynn Police Department
