On 05/06/10, the victim lost his credit card while he was at a Dunkin Donuts in Framingham. The suspects then used a stolen credit card in several stores in Westborough, Framingham and Everett. The suspects in the surveillance video are a white male and female.

Both the male and the female were identified. The male is a James Libby (DOB 06/01/64). As of 06/10/10 there is an active arrest warrant for Mr. Libby. The female was not involved in the theft and use of the stolen credit card.
