Victim while at Starland had two credit cards stolen out of his m/v. Credit cards were used at Shaws Supermarket at 2:16pm to purchase gift cards and food. Victims credit cards then used at Target store in Hanover to purchase I-pods and LCD TV'S. time 3:09pm. Surveillance shows w/f party red hair wearing pink jacket, red top, blue jeans, late twenties to thirty yrs old. Accomplice w/m stocky build brn hair aprox 30yr of age.
