On May 26, 2010 victim parked his pickup truck outside Citizens Bank Lower Mills. Pictured suspect later exits bank, and holds open front door for victim entering bank. Suspect is seen observing victim/contractor taking tools from the back of his pickup while holding door open. A short time later victim exits bank, and discovers a cutting saw valued at $600.00 dollars missing.
