On April 26, 2010 PV Sullivan Co. (victim) received a phone order for copper tubing worth approximately $4000. Suspects provided a valid credit card number and arrived in a Ryder Rent-a-Van to pick up the copper.

Approximately one month later, employees learned the credit card number provided to purchase the copper was fraudulently acquired.
