Two male subjects passed a stolen credit card at various stores purchasing tools and electronics. Credit cards were stolen from vehicles, some of which were parked at Planet Fitness Gym on Dartmouth Street in Dartmouth. The male subjects are white males. First suspect appears to be in his early 30s, brown crew cut style hair, mustache, 5'9", 180lbs. This suspect appears to be the one passing the credit card. The second suspect appears to be in his early 20s, slim build, 5'6" always wearing a dark colored baseball cap. The suspects passed the credit card on 07/28/10 at Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Cumberland Farms. On 08/01/10, the suspects passed a stolen credit card at Sears, Wal-Mart, Target & Foot Locker.

The alleged perpetrators were identified as 31 year old Jeffrey A. Moniz Jr. of 140 Bullard St. and his brother, 28 year old Johnathan H. Moniz of 28 Pearl St., both from New Bedford. Both of the Moniz brothers will be summoned to court and charged with multiple counts of credit card fraud under and over $250.00, Uttering and forgery.
