Filipe Rodrigues took off from Stoughton District Court yesterday afternoon prior to his arraignment when he learned that the ADA was going to request bail. Charges are leaving scene injury & property damage, negligent operation, etc. Filipe is 5'07", 170 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and may have his hair is braids or in a pony tail.
