Reporting party left her laptop and purse unattended in a cubicle. Suspect took the purse and the laptop. Victim confronted the suspect. He was carrying the laptop in plain view. Suspect returned the laptop to the victim. Victim returned to her cubicle and noticed her purse had been stolen.

Suspect was described as being six feet tall, 160 pounds around twenty years old.
