Featured suspect was observed at a Junior High School sanctioned open house on September 22, 2010. The next evening the victim noticed her wallet and credit card was missing. Upon checking her bank statement, she observed fraudulent charges on her credit card. The credit card was used to purchase groceries, cigarettes and a $100.00 dollar gift card. This suspect is described as a light skinned Hispanic male 25 to 30 years of age.
