On 10/09/10 victim was assaulted in Lynn on Bennett St. over an ongoing parking issue that escalated to the attack. Victim is currently in MGH listed as critical condition.

We have a warrant for the arrest of Fernando Aristy, 10/11/1986 of Chelsea,Ma. He also has an outstanding warrant (94c) out of Norfolk Superior. If apprehended please contact Lynn Police Department CID, Detectives Steve Pohle, Tom Mulvey, or Essex Co. CPAC Brandon Arakelian.

Detective Mulvey reports the victim has died. Mr. Aristy is now wanted for murder.

Fernando Aristy has been apprehended. Arraigned at Lynn District Court on 10/26/10 for Murder. Thank you to all involved.
