On Thursday, May 22, 2003, Detectives Coakley and Donovan of the Worcester Police arrested Mr. Forcier. He was charged with the bank robbery on May 20, 2003 at Banknorth MA, and also a robbery at Commerce Bank, 560 Park Ave., Worcester on May 17, 2003.

The bank robber is described as a white male in his mid to late 30's, about 5'9" with a slender build, dark hair, scuffy face, wearing glasses. He was wearing a long sleeve dark blue windbreaker with two white stripes running down both arms. He wore a light blue baseball cap, soft front with mesh back. On Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at about 2:04pm, this person entered Banknorth MA, the Webster Square Branch, 1227 Main St., Worcester MA After waiting in line, subject went over to teller at window #1 and presented her with a note. The robber left on foot heading south towards Young St. No vehicle was seen.
