Suspect broke into two lockers taking credit cards and $25,000 Gold Rolex. Suspect used cards at Target in Salem N.H.then returned to Boston area using them in Dorchester, South Boston and downtown. Same individual also hit a Health Club in Salem N.H on 10/9. Usually will buy iPads. I have numerous video of him always wearing a tan bb cap with patriot logo, dark windbreaker and sunglasses. This photo was taken at Wendy's on Summer St Boston. I have good clear video w/o sunglasses. Details are much better on the video then the picture

Thanks to information from Randolph, Newton, Concord, Wellesley and Norfolk Probation Dept. Subject has been identified as Timothy Dowd 05/19/61 of Randolph. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Dowd is also hitting areas around Salem N.H. and is very active at the moment.
