A business was contacted by "Teddy" who informed them that he worked for Sears Dept. Store and Sears needed to liquidate their Samsung flat screen TV inventory. "Teddy" offered to sell them at a discounted price and a employee from the business agreed to meet in the Sear's parking lot at a date and time set by "Teddy". "Teddy" contacted the victim by cell phone and informed them that a female Sears employee would meet them and make the cash transaction. A female arrives a short time later with a Sears employee badge and took $3,000.00 dollars and then handed them a false receipt. The female then told the victim to wait while the TV's are brought out and obviously that never happens. The female was caught on the Sears surveillance cameras and the Salem NH PD is looking to identify this female.

Because of an anonymous tip that was received through MA Most Wanted Salem NH PD was able to identify the female posted in the picture as a Shannon Gallant of 24 C #38 Somerville, MA. Subsequently an arrest warrant was issued and Shannon Gallant turned herself in on 12/29/10 to the Salem NH PD. Also, we want to of the Somerville PD for her assistance in providing a photo and information on Shannon Gallant.
