On 11/5/2010 at 10:50am, the victim was pushed to the ground and robbed at the corners of Sixth/Spring by two black males between the ages of 25-30. Both males were described as wearing all black. The victim further described one of the males wearing a white undershirt under a black jacket and a black hat. The victim’s credit card was used shortly thereafter at DOWNTOWN CONVENIENCE, 40 Boylston Street, Boston on 11-5-2010 at 12:11:08pm, TEDESCHI FOOD SHOP, 14 Maverick Square, East Boston at 1:10:43pm and SULLY’S VARIETY, 890 Broadway, Chelsea at 13:50:11

***Captured*** Nestor Mato-Diaz was identified by Cambridge Detectives who obtained an arrest warrant and was later apprehended by Boston PD Detectives during an undercover operation.
