Over the past two months, multiple stores have been victim to a male stealing Prilosec, Aleve, razors and other items. Each theft totals equal a Felony Larceny. So far, these Hannaford’s are in Milford, Kingston and Easton. A CVS in Bellingham was also targeted. I also am digging to find other thefts (in Massachusetts) that I was made aware of in October. Also, I am looking to see if anyone else has had these thefts.

Enclosed is a picture of the suspect and the vehicle he has left used in Milford (10/25/10 and 11/13/10). The car is a blue Jeep Wrangler with a “Classic Auto Sales” cover on the rear tire. A plate (MA PC 643GY3) taken at the scene, comes back to a PAUL K. GAY Jr. of 43 Oak St. in Bridgewater, MA. Furthermore, it seems that his BOP does not match his DOB and registration. I have multiple surveillance videos and stills of the suspect and the vehicle. The suspect is a different person than the man in the Jeep.

The above suspect was seen by Bridgewater PD, this morning, in their town. He was ID'd as, OLIVEIRA, James (Jim) 2/24/86, of Taunton, MA. He was arrested on two Default Warrants out of Brockton DC. He has ties to Taunton, Wrentham, Easton, Carver, Raynham and Kingston. OLIVEIRA admitted to attempted thefts and thefts in Easton, Kingston and Milford.
