On December 23, 2010 at approximately 7:23 pm, the suspect entered Pat’s Mini Mart (263 Water St), displayed a black handgun and demanded money.

Suspect is described as a white male, in his 20's, approximately 5'08", approximately 200 lbs, wearing a black knit hat, a gray North Face jacket (with black material on the shoulder area), a red colored shirt, black pants, and black & white sneakers.

Once the suspect realized he was not going to obtain any money, he put away the gun and stated “I’m just kidding”. NOTE: The owner believes the suspect lives locally and has been a customer in the past.

Suspect has been identified as Tyler Decoste. Warrants have been issued for his arrest. Thanks to MMW.
