Steven Vaughn is wanted for several outstanding warrants. Most recently Vaughn stole a vehicle from the parking lot of Lowell General Hospital . He told the pregnant victim who thought she was in labor to give him the keys to her vehicle as he was a valet. Vaughn is not a valet nor is he employed by the hospital . Vaughn is a drug dependent person who often commits thefts and robberies to support his addiction.
