He then reentered the establishment and removed 18 rings and 6 diamond bracelets valued at about $30,000. from the display case. This person is described as a white male, 5'6" tall, slim build, medium brown hair neatly cut and parted to one side, dark colored nylon jacket, sweat pants w/three white strips and carrying an umbrella.
