CC# 110123806; On 3/10/2011 @ about 5:45am in the vicinity of 77 Guest Street a white male approached the victim with a $1,000.00 winning scratch ticket. The victim gave the suspect $500.00 for the winning ticket. Upon closer inspection the ticket was altered and not worth anything. The suspect allowed the victim to take a cell phone photograph (ATTACHED) in case this was a scam. The suspect fled in a red Toyota Camry # 758GN4. Investigation ongoing
