The male (yellow sweatshirt) and female (blue sweatsuit), who appeared to be working together, stole a Blackberry Torch phone, valued at $449.99. Store staff stated that the male distracted an employee while the female kept working to free the phone. Store staff believes that the two suspects have also hit AT&T stores in Burlington, Peabody, Natick, and Chestnut Hill.

The female does appear to have a neck tattoo.
