On 04/20/11 at 1020 hours a larceny of a lap top computer and research equipment occurred at the Venture Development Center located in the Wheatley Building. The individual is seen on CCTV casing the area for approximately 15 minutes prior to entering the facility and removing the items.

The individual is described as a B/M, mid 20's, 6', 185 lbs. with short cropped hair. (see picture)
