Suspect Benjamin " aka. Bullets " Vasquez brandished a handgun while at a house party in Lowell on 05/01/2011. He is also suspected in shooting a person who attended the party outside. Vasquez has made threats to those present at party regarding cooperation with police. Vasquez lives in Lawrence but frequents Lowell and Haverhill . A warrant for ADW (Handgun) is active at this time. The handgun in question has not been recovered.
