Victim living in Georgia reports fraudulent credit card transactions in Dedham and Quincy despite never having lost possession of her Visa card. The cards were used on 4/28/2011 at several locations in both towns by the same two heavy set black female in their 40's of 50's. Female depicted in video walks with a distinct limp.
