On April 27, 2011 at about 5:16 P.M. the suspect entered the first floor Boston University Food Court located at 775 Commonwealth Avenue and stole an Apple MacBook laptop computer that was lying unattended on a table.

The suspect is described as a medium to dark skinned Hispanic male, about 40 years of age, medium build, about 6'00" tall with dark hair. He was last seen wearing a green short-sleeved Celtics tee shirt with the number "20" on the front and blue jeans. He carried a dark/light colored backpack.

The suspect was in and out of the building in less than five minutes and possibly fled the scene on a bicycle.
