Victim is business owner from Connecticut who was contacted by "Jim" from UPS. Claimed his brother works for Sears where there was an overstock of televisions. Victim made arrangements through "Henry Collins" who met victim across the street from the mall at an Arby's. The transaction was made in the lot at Sears. Victim given receipt after handing over cash. Victim stated that he was going to take Henry's photo with his cell phone. Henry agreed and is seen holding the victim's cash. Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to contact Detective Vincent Ross @ 508-832-7738.
