White male entered bank and passed a demand note to teller. White male fled bank on foot. Suspect is described as a white male, clean shaven, short hair, possible acne scars on face, 5'8" 30 years old, black hoody with cross on sleeve and bird on back, black pants and black sneakers. Suspect was identified as Juastin Downey. He was arrested on the charge Suspect Justin Downey was captured on 8/30/2011 on an outstanding warrant for the bank robbery
