Male and female seated in restaurant observed bag left behind by female victim and two friends. When victim left, pictured male and female made sure no one was watching. Female suspect retrieved the bag, goes through it and returned it. Two suspects leave BK on foot towards Adams St.

Detective Aloisi would like to thank the many many people who helped with the identification in this case. The female is Jennifer Reyes, the male is Kenneth Garfield. The female in this case has been identified as Jennifer Reyes, 8/8/1993 The male has been identified as Kenneth, or Steven Garfield, 2/25/1991.
