On Thursday August 30, 2011 at approximately 4:00 pm a subject entered and robbed the Mt. Washington Bank on East Broadway in South Boston. The subject is described as: light skinned white male, 5'8" tall, 18 to 20 years old, thin build, 140 to 150 pounds. On 9/9/11 DAVID HIGGINS, 04/01/1983, was arrested for the captioned robbery.
