The victim left a TD Bank bag on the ordering counter with $3900.00 in cash,TD Bank debit card, Maine drivers license and bank book. The black male suspect wearing the scaly cap and red Nike t-shirt and jeans picked up the bag and put it down his pants. The suspect fled in the passenger side of the pictured blue van believed to be a Dodge Caravan. The victim's debit card was used in Fairfield CT the next morning at an Exxon station. Any assistance would be appreciated.
