White male, 5'9" - 6' tall, 25-30y/o, brown hair. Dressed in white Cape Cod hooded sweat jacket, medium blue pajama pants, black sneakers w/ some white, black and gray winter hat w/ earflaps.

Subject left bank on foot and ran to a near by tan full size pick up truck, being driven by a second subject. The truck left at a high rate of speed onto Front St. towards Kent St.

Detectives report the suspect has been captured.
