Heavy set black female in her late 20s to early 30s went to Kohl's and opend up a store credit card by using a counterfeit temporary Mass license as ID. Suspect used the C.C. to purchase gift cards for Home Depot & Best Buy. The close-up picture of the suspect is from the Kohl's in W. Springfield from 09/22/11. Suspect sometimes uses a crutch. Suspect also went to TJ Maxx and JC Penney in Dartmouth and committed the same type of fraud. Suspect is in possession of a rental car.
