This suspect was with two other suspects who were arrested for Larc from a Building, Resisting Arrest, A&B on a PO, Poss of Burg Tools and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Two police officers received minor injuries in a scuffle with the two other suspects.

SMITH has been identified as conspiring with Earl SMITH (01/17/1975) and Trey WILLIAMS (06/30/1970), who were arrested for Larceny from a Building, A&B/PO, Poss. Burglarious Tools and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony at 730 and 860 Commonwealth Av, Brookline on 10/20/2011. A Brookline Police Officer and a BU Police Officer were injured during this incident. Two warrants were issued by Brookline District Court (Name on warrant is Frank D. SMITH).

Subject, Frank Smith (DOB 9/14/74) was arrested by Boston PD on the above Brookline Warrants.
