On 10/10/11 at at approximately 4:55 pm victim's m/v was broken into ( smash & grab ) at Bare Cove Park In Hingham. A purse containing a Rockland Trust Bank card was stolen. Surveillance images suggest one male suspect operating a white possibly four door sedan. At 5:05 pm less than 10 minutes later the victim's bank card was used at a Weymouth Rockland Trust Bank. Suspect attempted to withdraw $400.00 from ATM but was unsuccessful.

David N. Brennan was identified as the perpetrator for this crime. A warrant was issued and he was ultimately arrested on it. Thanks to MMW for the help.
