On 10/18/11 the pictured suspect was captured on video stealing $1,500 worth of power tools from The Home Depot in Quincy. Suspect is a white male, heavy set, wearing a gray sweatshirt with the name "Hicks" and a shamrock emblem on the back.

Suspect stole bolt-cutters and cut the lock in the garden center and left with the tools. He is seen exiting in a small blue passenger car with the rear driver's side hubcap missing.
