This is a white woman in her late 30's blonde shoulder length hair, wearing a tan jumper and sunglasses, medium build. This person used two credit cards that had been stolen from a motor vehicle parked at the ELM Bank MDC Reservation off Rte-16 in Dover. Cards were used at the Home Depot in Avon to purchase $9,000.00 worth of gift cards in $500.00 denominations. Gift Cards had been used in seven other Home Depots, mostly on the North Shore and New Hampshire.
