Mr. Geisser was arrested on the morning of Sunday September 21, 2003, after a stakeout of a vehicle suspected to be involved in the last of a series of bank robberies. Mr. Geisser is being charged with 10 bank robberies in Rhode Island and is expected to be charged with one in Somerset, Massachusetts.

Suspect has struck in Warwick RI 5 times,since August of 2002 to present. The robber presents a note and demands money. The robber does not show any weapons and flees on foot with no vehicle seen. Possible similar robbery recently in Somerset MA.

In all robberies, the white male suspect, most times has thick (possibly tinting) glasses, always wears a baseball hat. He is in his 30's 5'7" to 5'9", medium build, dark hair, with a mustache and short thin beard. The robber has used several different style baseball hats in the robberies: Boston Bruins, Hard Rock Cafe, Bacardi Silver, Arizona Cardinals, and lastly (KC) Kansas City.
