On 08/02/03 at 8pm a white male entered Lexington Mobil at 647 Lowell Street, armed with a Black Hand gun and demanded all the cash. The suspect was described as white male, 25 years old, 6" plus, 150 lbs, wearing a long sleeve black shirt, baseball hat and an earring in his left ear. He left on foot, no vehicle seen. On 08/05/2003 at 9:30pm He robbed the same store again.

Detective Garabedian reports this person was identified by Woburn Detectives from two additional armed robberies in their city and has admitted to all three. I.D.-Christopher A Merluzzi of 19 Minchin street Woburn, Ma.
