On 6 separate dates since April 9, 2011, Edward McVey DOB 10/21/73 of 107 Park Dr. Boston, and his accomplice, Brandi Connor DOB 11/05/83 of 154 High St. Medford, have committed grab and run larcenies at Nordstom at the North Shore Mall in Peabody. They have also committed similar offenses in malls in Burlington and Natick. They have been using a 1999 Ford Taurus, color Gray, MA Reg. 292FS7 during their thefts, they may be attaching a NH plate to the gray Taurus. They have also struck Macy's, and Lord & Taylors. They usually target high price items such as Coach pocketbooks, and Northface jackets. Warrants have been issued for both subjects.

McVey has 8 WMS warrants with a DOB 10/21/74.

On 1/07/2012 officers from Revere, Peabody, Burlington and members if the US Marshalls located and arrested Brandi Connor and Edward McVey. These arrests culminate an investigation into countless grab and run thefts in Peabody, Burlington, Saugus, Boston, Natick and other jurisdictions. The suspect vehicle, clothing and other items linking Connor and McVey to the crimes was recovered. Thanks to all investigating agencies involved especially Revere PD and the USMS.
