White male walked into Sovereign Bank located at 489 Merrimack St in Lowell just after it opened for the day. He was wearing a hood with dark sunglasses. When teller was just about to ask him to remove them, he handed her a note. No weapon was shown or mentioned. He is described as being in his early 20's, approx 5'10"-6'0" and thin. He was wearing a black and gray winter jacket with a white stripe going across the chest, blue jeans and white sneakers. He was also carrying a dark colored back pack.

Male was identified as Brice Chase (7-11-88). He has ties to Somerville, Waltham and Nashua, NH. Warrant was applied for and he was arrested in Waltham Ma by Waltham Police on 1/6/12.
