Subjects in Custody: Victor L. Garcia, Angela M. Sirrico Framingham Detectives Hendry and Piers have arrested Mr. Garcia and Ms. Sirrico on a warrant for these thefts. The two people picured on the left photo are thought to have entered two offices in Boston University's Division of Graduate Medical Sciences at the BU Medical Center and stole a Toshiba laptop computer and two Palm Pilots. The first suspect is described as a white male, possibly hispanic, approximately 5'07", 150 lbs., slim build, 28-32 years, close cropped hair showing signs of male pattern baldness, wearing off-white short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans. The woman is described as a white or hispanic female, about 5'00", 150 lbs., medium build, 25-30 years, black hair, wearing a dark color jumper-style dress over a white short-sleeve shirt.
