On 02-08-12 an elderly victims pocketbook was stolen from her vehicle while at work at the Price Chopper store in Shrewsbury, Ma.

The victims credit card was then subsequently used at the Target Dept. Store in Westborough, Ma. to make unauthorized purchases in excess of $250.00.
